Perhaps this user means: the single page on FCP is insufficient. Its instructions aren't up to date — at least they don't apply to FCP X as of version 10.2.2. A video showing FCPX 5 would help — the only one I can find is about version 3.

I'm having trouble getting SoundSoap to work at all. I drag the icon from the Effects panel to my clip, and boom — nothing happens. Nothing shows up in the inspector; no parameters to adjust — nothing. I wrote to support five hours ago and haven't heard a thing. Meanwhile I'm mid-production and this software is $150 brick. I'm sure eventually someone at Soundness will sort me out — but in the meantime I am wondering if I should have spent the money for another app — one that I could figure out, either because it works as expected or because there's sufficient documentation to walk me through the challenges.
