How do I activate the software on a new computer?

Q: The software reports that my maximum number of activations has been reached — how do I activate a new computer?

A: A maximum of two activations per activation code are allowed. To activate a new computer, you must first de-activate one of the computers that is currently authorized with your software.

If you no longer have the computer(s) that are activated to run your software are are unable to de-activate because the computer has been repaired or decommissioned, you will need to contact Soundness Customer Support.
